Terms and Conditions (AGB – German Civil Code §§305ff BGB compliant)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through https://www.emergency-shop.de/ between Emergency Shop and consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB.

2. Contract Formation
Product listings are not binding offers. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. A contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation or invoice via email.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices include German VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Germany and, optionally, other EU countries. Delivery times are listed on each product page. For personalized items, production time begins only after payment and approval of the customization design.

5. Customized Products
Products customized according to customer specifications (e.g., names, sayings, uploaded images) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under §312g (2) No.1 BGB. Please review your personalization carefully before confirming your order.

6. Warranty
German statutory warranty rights apply. You are entitled to repair or replacement for defective goods. If that fails, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

7. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for such contracts.

8. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
